These terms apply when you use OneTouch AD Studio or buy from our website. OneTouch AD Studio is operated by OneTouch AD Studio (Imchallenge Co.), a business based in South Korea (“we,” “us”). By placing an order or using My Studio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What we offer

OneTouch AD Studio turns a reference ad you like and a photo of your product into a new AI-generated ad image.

  • You buy image credits: 1 image, a 3-image pack or a 10-image pack.
  • Each image comes with 2 free revisions.
  • After checkout, you get a link to My Studio by email. There you upload your photos, add your details, create your images, revise them and download them.
  • Finished images can be downloaded for 30 days after your last visit. After that, they're deleted, so please save them to your device.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. The service is meant for business use, such as advertising your own products.

Your My Studio link

Your My Studio link is sent to the email address you used at checkout, and it's how you access your order. Keep it private. You're responsible for activity that happens through your link.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed on our website in U.S. dollars. Payment is handled by Shopify Checkout. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. There's no subscription. You pay once per order.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & cancellation policy. In short: images you haven't started can be refunded, and images you've started can't, but each one comes with 2 free revisions.

What you upload

You keep all rights to the photos, logos and text you upload (“your content”).

By uploading, you confirm that:

  • You own your content or have permission to use it, including any trademarks, logos, product designs and other people's work shown in it.
  • If your content shows a real person, you have their permission to use their image.
  • Using your content with our service doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.

You're responsible for your content. If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded, you agree to cover the costs that result, as far as the law allows.

You give us permission to use your content only to provide the service to you. That includes sending it to our AI image provider to create and revise your images.

About reference ads

We use a reference ad as direction for mood, color and layout. We don't copy it. Please don't upload a reference with the goal of reproducing someone else's ad, brand or artwork.

Your finished images

Once you've paid, you can use your finished images for any lawful purpose, including commercial use such as ads, product pages and social media. You don't need to credit us. To the extent we hold any rights in your finished images, we transfer them to you.

Please keep in mind:

  • AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright in every country, including the U.S. We can't promise you exclusive rights.
  • Because other people use similar AI tools, someone else could end up with a similar-looking image.
  • You're responsible for how you use your images, including checking that your ads meet the rules of the platforms you advertise on and the advertising laws that apply to you.

What you can't do

Don't use OneTouch AD Studio to create or upload:

  • Anything illegal, or ads for illegal products or services
  • Hateful, harassing or violent content
  • Sexual or adult content
  • False or misleading claims, such as fake prices, fake reviews or unsupported health claims
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or right of publicity
  • Images of real people without their permission

Also don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the service.

If you break these rules, we may stop creating images for your order. In serious cases, we may cancel the order without a refund, as far as the law allows.

What AI can and can't do

AI results vary. Please check every image carefully before you use it.

  • Your result may look different from your reference ad.
  • The product shape, colors or packaging may not match your photo exactly.
  • Text in the image, including prices and product names, may contain errors.
  • Prices and claims in your ad come from what you type. Please check them.

Use your free revisions to fix what you can. We don't guarantee that any image will be error-free or that it will improve your ad results. Sample images on our website use fictional brands and prices, and past results don't guarantee future performance.

Service availability

We work to keep OneTouch AD Studio running smoothly, but it may sometimes be slow or unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a provider we rely on has a problem. Retries after an error don't count against your free revisions.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or ad spend.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. The terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be handled by the Seoul Central District Court in Seoul, Korea.

Before taking any formal action, please email us at wmh1295@gmail.com. Most issues can be solved quickly that way.

If the laws of the place where you live give you rights that can't be waived, these terms don't take those rights away.
