Good to know before you start

What do I need to get started?

1–3 ads you'd like to use as a reference, plus at least one photo of your product. Please only upload images you have the rights to use.

Will my ad just copy the reference?

No. We take its colors, its fonts and what it puts front and center, then build a new layout around your product. Your ad may look different from the reference.

How do the 2 free revisions work?

Each time you tap “Request revision,” that counts as one. Changing several spots in one request still counts as one. If an image has to be redone because of an error, it doesn't count.

Does it start as soon as I pay?

Right after checkout, we email you a link to My Studio. Upload your photos, add your details, and we'll get started. Finished images stay available to download for 30 days after your last visit. After that they're deleted, so be sure to save copies.

Can I get a refund?

You get a full refund if you haven't started creating yet. Because this is a digital product, we usually can't refund once creation has started. See our refund & cancellation policy for the details.

Is support automated?

No. A real person reads and answers every message. AI makes the images. People handle everything else.
