Shipping policy

OneTouch AD Studio is a digital service. We don't ship anything, and there are no shipping fees.

How you get your order

• Right after checkout, we automatically email you a link to My Studio. It usually arrives within a few minutes.
• The link goes to the email address you used at checkout.
• No account or password needed. Open the link, upload your photos, and we'll start creating.
• You download your finished images from My Studio. Nothing is sent by mail.

About the link

• For security, each link works one time only and expires 72 hours after we send it.
• Need a new one? On the My Studio page, enter your order number and checkout email, and we'll send you a fresh link.

How long your images are available

Your finished images can be downloaded for 30 days after your last visit. After that, they're deleted, so please save them to your device.

Didn't get the email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
• Still nothing? Email wmh1295@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll help within 1 business day.

Where we deliver

 

Everything is delivered online, so there are no shipping zones, customs or import duties. You can order from anywhere our checkout accepts orders.
