Privacy policy

This policy explains what information OneTouch AD Studio collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. OneTouch AD Studio is operated by OneTouch AD Studio (Imchallenge Co.), a business based in South Korea (“we,” “us”).

What we collect

Information you give us:

  • Contact details: your email address, and your name if you enter it at checkout.
  • Order details we receive from Shopify: order number, what you bought, amount paid, and order status (paid, canceled or refunded).
  • Your uploads: reference ads, product photos and the text you enter in My Studio.
  • Your results: the ad images we create for you, your revisions, and any size variants.
  • Messages you send us, such as support emails.

Information collected automatically:

  • A session cookie that keeps you signed in to My Studio.
  • Basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and access times, which our hosting, delivery and store providers may log when you visit.

We don't collect your full card number. Payments are handled by Shopify.

How we use it

  • To process your order and deliver your images
  • To send your My Studio link and order-related emails
  • To create, revise and store your ad images
  • To answer your questions and handle refunds
  • To prevent fraud and keep the service secure
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your uploads or results to advertise to you.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run OneTouch AD Studio:

  • Shopify: our online store and checkout. Handles your order and payment.
  • OpenAI: creates and revises your ad images. Your uploads and text are sent to OpenAI's image service for this purpose.
  • Cloudflare: securely delivers our website and your files between your browser and our servers.
  • Google: sends our emails, such as your My Studio link, through Gmail.

Each provider handles your information under its own privacy terms. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.

How long we keep it

  • Uploads and finished images: deleted 30 days after your last visit to My Studio.
  • Backups: kept for up to 7 days, then deleted.
  • Sign-in session: expires after 72 hours.
  • Order and payment records: kept for as long as tax and consumer-protection laws require us to.
  • Support emails: kept as long as needed to resolve your request and keep a record of it.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: our session cookie keeps you signed in to My Studio. Shopify also sets cookies to run the store, your cart and checkout.
  • Analytics cookies: Shopify may set cookies that tell us how visitors use the store.

We don't currently use advertising pixels or trackers on this site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, My Studio and checkout may not work.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you
  • Get a copy of it
  • Correct it
  • Delete it
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don't sell or share it for targeted advertising.

To make a request, email wmh1295@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout, or include your order number so we can verify your identity. You can also use an authorized agent. We'll respond within 45 days, and we won't treat you differently for using your rights.

Some records, such as order and payment records, may need to be kept to meet legal requirements even if you ask us to delete them. If so, we'll let you know.

Where your information is processed

We're based in South Korea, and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections and one-time sign-in links. No online service can be completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

OneTouch AD Studio is a business service for adults. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
